Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the GDDC Kenya National Inclusion Audit platform and website operated by the Gender and Disability Development Centre.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accuracy of Information

By submitting data through our Audit Portal, you warrant that:

• You are an authorized representative of your institution.
• All information, including statistical data and policy documents, is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have obtained necessary internal approvals to share institutional data.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GDDC Kenya. The GEDI Awards brand and logo are protected by copyright and trademark laws of Kenya.

3. Links To Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GDDC Kenya. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge that GDDC Kenya shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content or services.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GDDC Kenya, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
